Hydro Axis Valves Pressure/Safety Relief Valves protect boilers, pressure vessels and process piping from dangerous overpressure. The range spans the Safe-Flow® BTS-50 Series — a top-guided, single-spring, full-lift angle discharge valve certified to IBR for steam & hot water boilers, autoclaves and steam pipelines with critical blow-down tolerance; the Thermo-Safe® thermal/safety relief range (BTS-10, BTS-10HL, BTS-11 & BTS-11HL) suited to steam pipelines, small industrial boilers (SIB) and thermal expansion duty; the Pio-Safe® BTS-5000 Series pilot operated valve engineered for high performance, high capacity and zero-leak overpressure protection in oil & gas, chemical and cryogenic service; and the Safe-Line® fully FEP/PFA lined valve for highly corrosive liquids, gases and vapours. Every valve is precision lapped, individually tested with compressed air, and manufactured to IBR / ASME / API standards.

Steam-Con® · Self-actuating, pilot operated
Bri-Con® · Roboter (self) operated
Bri-Con® · Pneumatic / Motorized operated
The Steam-Con® Pressure Reducing Valve & Station range automatically reduces a higher upstream pressure to a steady, pre-set downstream pressure. The PRV-100 Series is self-actuating — an internally sensed pilot & piston operated, spring & diaphragm actuated, top & bottom guided valve that needs no external power, ideal for steam, air and industrial gas service. The Bri-Con® RCV-100 Series is a Globe type, single seated, top & bottom guided valve that is purely line-pressure ("Roboter") operated — no external instrumentation or electrical signal required — for high-flow downstream pressure control. The Bri-Con® PCV-100 Series is the pneumatic / motorized version of the same platform, with cage-guided trim available for high-pressure duty, giving accurate upstream & downstream control on air, gas, steam and liquid service.

Hydro Axis Valves Pressure Control Valves are hydraulic pilot-operated valves that automatically maintain, sustain, or reduce pressure in pipelines and process systems. Three core control modes — Pressure Reducing (downstream), Back Pressure / Sustaining (upstream), and Pressure Relief — enable installation wherever precise pressure management is critical. The hydraulic pilot continuously senses process pressure and modulates the main valve to compensate for any deviation, maintaining tight set-point accuracy under varying flow conditions.

Bricon® Pneumatic Control Valves (Series PCV-77, PCV-77B, PCV-79, PCV-87 & PCV-97) are Globe type, single or double seated, spring & diaphragm actuated throttling / on-off valves — top-guided, cage-guided, or top & bottom guided for maximum plug stability, with PCV-97 offered as a three-way mixing & diverting valve. Bricon® Motorized Control Valves (MCV 77 two-way & MCV 97 three-way) provide the same Globe-type, top & bottom / skirt guided trim in an electrically motorized package. For severely corrosive, hazardous or high-purity media, Briflon® offers a one-piece PFA-lined cast ductile iron body Globe valve with hermetically sealed PTFE bellows, top-guided trim and top-entry maintenance access.

The Actrol range of Automatic Control Valves comprises hydraulically operated, pilot-controlled diaphragm valves. The BTA-111 modulating float control valve maintains a constant liquid level in storage tanks and reservoirs. The BTA-211 filter separator control valve shuts off fuel flow on a signal from a fuel-water filter/separator float, closing drip-tight on diaphragm failure for fail-safe operation. The BTA-311 solenoid control valve gives two-position (on-off) operation from an electrical signal, with the BTA-311-64 booster pump variant controlling pump start-up/shut-down surges and the BTA-311-66 digital control valve giving electronically metered opening and closing. The BTA-411 rate-of-flow valve limits flow to a pre-selected maximum regardless of line pressure changes. The BTA-511 pilot pressure reducing valve holds downstream pressure constant despite varying upstream pressure and flow. The BTA-611 pilot pressure relief valve maintains constant upstream pressure while minimising surge. The BTA-711 altitude valve controls high water level in elevated tanks, the BTA-811 hydraulic check valve permits forward flow while closing drip-tight on reverse flow, and the BTA-1011 deluge valve provides solenoid-operated water flow control for fire protection sprinkler systems.

Hydro Axis Valves Industrial Valves cover the full range of general-purpose flow control valves used across process plants, utilities and infrastructure. Our Ball valves offer quarter-turn shut-off with low torque and full bore flow. Butterfly valves provide compact, lightweight throttling for large-bore lines. Swing Check valves prevent reverse flow with a hinged disc. Gate valves give tight shut-off in isolation duties. Globe valves excel at flow regulation and pressure drop control. Plug valves deliver fast quarter-turn operation with PTFE-lined bodies for corrosive service. All valves are manufactured in-house with material traceability and hydrostatic test certificates.
